SIERRA is a commercial film company for lifestyle brands that hold their image to a cinematic standard. We operate as a film production company in the full sense of the word: a script that earns the shoot, a director with a point of view, and a grade that gives the film its finish. The craft comes from cinema. The purpose is commercial.
From Amsterdam and Barcelona we produce films across fashion, sport, travel, music, and food, working with the brands themselves and with the agencies behind them. We have done so since 2018, and we hold every film to one measure: would we put it in our own reel?
The difference between film and video is not the camera, it is the intent. When brands search for a video film company or a film production company rather than a video supplier, they are usually asking for the same thing: work that is written, cast, lit, and graded like cinema, then pointed at a commercial goal. Every film starts as a different question. Most of the answers we produce fall into three kinds of work:
Campaign films. The commercial film in its purest form: a single idea taken from the page through the shoot and into the edit, the grade, and the mix, delivered ready to run. Shaped around a collection, a product, or a moment, and unmistakably yours from the opening shot.
Brand films. The longer story: who the brand is, what it stands for, and why anyone should care. Not tied to a single launch, which is why it keeps working long after the campaign around it has closed. As a brand film production company, we build these to be watched in full.
Music videos. The discipline where the picture leads and the brief follows. We produce music videos for artists and labels, and what we learn there about rhythm, image, and restraint flows straight back into our brand work.
