The Role
‍Are you driven to play a leading role in AI production in a creative production company? As our AI Lead, your mission is to establish, lead, and scale SIERRA’s AI content division from the ground up. You will be the architect of our new chapter, fusing the craft of classical production with the cutting-edge power of AI. Your role will be to bridge creativity, technology, and business strategy to transform our company into a global reference in AI-driven campaign production. This is a role for a builder who wants to be at the forefront of the AI content revolution.

What you'll do
‍As a foundational member of our leadership team, you will have ownership over the following pillars:
‍A. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the SIERRA AI department, translating our vision into a tangible, scalable service offering.
- Act as our "eyes and ears" on the industry, identifying emerging AI trends, tools, and commercial opportunities to maintain our competitive edge.
- Design and implement the core infrastructure for our AI division, such as including standard workflows & toolsets.
- Define the future of creative production through continuous innovation and experimentation.
‍B. Creative & Technical Direction
- Lead the creative development and execution of world-class AI campaigns, ensuring every deliverable meets SIERRA's unmatched standards of excellence and style.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI Artists and technical specialists through all production phases.
- Pioneer new hybrid workflows that blend traditional production with AI techniques (e.g., hybrid shoots, LoRA-based imagery, video synthesis).
‍C. Commercial & Partnership Development
- Partner with our founders to identify and develop new business opportunities in AI content production.
- Lead the creation of compelling case studies, sales decks, and proof-of-concept materials that showcase SIERRA’s capabilities.
- Act as the technical and creative expert in client pitches, communicating SIERRA’s AI vision with clarity and confidence.

Who you are: The ideal profile
-You are a creative technologist, a strategic visionary, and a hands-on leader. You see AI as a powerful creative medium that can be harnessed.
- You’re a visionary and have a deep, convicted understanding of where the creative industry is heading and a passion for being at the forefront.
- You have a basic understanding of the modern generative AI stack (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Pika, Magnific, etc.) and visual production workflows. A bonus would be hands-on experience.
- You possess an impeccable eye for aesthetics, style, and storytelling, with proven experience in creative direction, production, or a senior technology role. Your experience demonstrates a blend of technical skill and creative taste.
- You effortlessly bridge the gap between creative concepts, technical execution, and business objectives.
- You have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and can inspire them to deliver exceptional work under tight timelines.
- You are an initiative-taker who thrives on autonomy and is driven to build things from scratch.
- You are curious, experimental, collaborative, and strategic.
