The Role
As our Art Director, your mission is to be the visual heartbeat of SIERRA’s output. Starting March 1st, you will take a leading role in defining the aesthetic direction and soul of our projects from start to delivery. You will craft visual narratives that win pitches and execute them with an uncompromising eye for detail.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) for a conceptual thinker who wants to shape the future of modern production with us. We value the energy of in-person collaboration: this role is based out of our Barcelona office, where you will work 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days offering the flexibility to work from the office or from home.

What you'll do
‍As a core creative leader, you will focus on:
‍Project Art Leadership
- Lead the visual direction of our most ambitious projects, ensuring every frame and design element aligns with SIERRA’s signature style.
- Translate complex briefs into cohesive visual languages.
- Oversee the creative quality of productions, working closely with directors, photographers and AI Artists to ensure a seamless look according to the project’s creative direction

‍Creative Proposals & the SIERRA Brand
- Act as the creative lead on new client proposals, turning initial ideas into compelling visual stories that win new business.
- Design high-impact pitch decks that showcase our conceptual depth.
- Continuously evolve and guard SIERRA’s brand identity, ensuring our own visual presence is cutting-edge

Who you are: The ideal profile
You are a visual storyteller with a refined filter for what is tasteful, relevant, and impactful.
- Significant track record as an Art Director, preferably within a creative agency or production house.
- You can turn a blank page into a visual strategy that resonates with a specific audience
- You possess an great sense of composition, typography, colour, and motion.
- You see AI as a powerful tool in the creative arsenal, and you are eager to explore its potential together with the SIERRA team
- You thrive on autonomy and the responsibility to deliver excellence.
